Great party leaders are the key to a great party, and that’s why we’re just crazy about our amazing team! All of the people we hire are friendly, enthusiastic and great with kids, but as talented as they are, our events require specialized Christmas training. In order to ensure we’re always bringing the fun, we keep training our team all year through workshops and special events.
On November 10th we had our annual Christmas Training event. It’s such a great opportunity for our team (new and returning) to get together and master the skills that will help make each party perfect! We started the night with check in, introductions and mingling; with 14 brand new team members attending, there were lots of people to meet! Over the course of the evening we covered important topics like costuming and getting into character, bouncy castle setup and safety, crafts, games leadership, PTP logistics, face painting, and balloon twisting. It was a lot of information to take in, but our team did a great job! Overall, it was a great day with lots of learning and loads of fun!
