Meet the office team!
Hi, I’m Robin LeBlevec, married mom of 2, a “Coquitlam-ite” all my life and a firm believer that we should live in the moment and spend time with those we love whenever possible. What better way to do that than through celebrations?
In 2001 I purchased the very first Par-T-Perfect franchise. I was young and eager and raising a 5 year old son. At that time, I had been managing a large Vancouver restaurant with a socially active and fun lifestyle, so changing to a lonely home office was a major transition. It did, however, allow me the option to raise my child with a flexible schedule while earning enough money to pay the bills. Just me, my computer, fax machine and a phone, growing with Par-T-Perfect.
Now, in 2015, we have a completely different structure! We’ve moved out of my home office (celebrate privacy!!), expanded the office team to the fabulous four, have 25-30 party leaders throughout peak seasons and growing! We’re constantly tweaking our operating systems and training programs to better service our clients and our team. It’s the roller coaster experience of a lifetime and were excited for what’s to come.
Hi my name is Stefaney.
I started as a party leader in December of 2006, and you can now find me with a hand in all aspects of the Par-T-Team. Whether it be at an event or calling you to confirm your upcoming party, I’m your gal! Media enthusiast, Survivor party fanatic, and expert Mini Golfer are just some of the qualifications I have. My favourite things include photography, tattoos, beach days, and making people happy. When I’m not busy at Par-T-Perfect, I can usually be found snapping and selling photos at sports tournaments.
Hi, I’m Melanie.
I started at Par-T-Perfect in August 2011 as an office assistant and part-time party leader after completing the Event Planning/Management program at the Art Institute. I am now the General Manager and make sure the staff are working as a team and meeting deadlines. My favourite things are glitter, palm trees, tacos, and rock and roll. When I’m not busy at Par-T-Perfect, I can usually be found crafting fantastic hair accessories for my online store.
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I started working with Par-T-Perfect as admin assistant, answering calls and planning events, in the spring of 2014. I had just graduated from university with a BA in Media & Communications. I am now Marketing Director and Social Media Maven, working on a wide array of projects, from our blog to our brand new stationary set! My favourite things are coffee, science fiction, oxford commas, and naps. When I’m not busy at Par-T-Perfect, I can usually be found running around town trying to plan my wedding.
