Great party leaders are the key to a great party, and that’s why we’re just crazy about our amazing team! All of the people we hire are friendly, enthusiastic and great with kids, but as talented as they are, our events require specialized training. In order to ensure we’re always bringing the fun, we keep training our team all year through workshops and special events.
On April 3 we had our annual Spring Training event. It’s such a great opportunity for our team (new and returning) to get together and master the skills that will help make each party perfect! We started the day with check in, introductions and mingling; with 20 brand new staff members attending, there were lots of people to meet! Over the course of the morning we covered important topics like how to set up and play carnival games, how to make popcorn and cotton candy, operating a generator, setting up and supervising various inflatables, supervising large groups of children and leading organized games. It was a lot of information to take in, but our team did a great job!
That same afternoon we put their new skills to the test when 30 kids joined us for a huge party! We all had a blast jumping in some of our Ultimate inflatables and playing silly games. The Easter Bunny himself even made an appearance!
Overall, it was a great day with lots of learning and loads of fun!
