To launch our 27th year of partying, Par-T-Perfect owners from across North America convened in Vancouver for our annual conference. Getting together with our sister franchises is the best way to learn and grow. Who else really knows what it’s like to be part of the PTP Family. By sharing stories and experiences as we looked back on 2014, we motivated each other to focus and shoot for big plans this year!
After a day full of roundtable sessions, 2014 reviews and “Dragon’s Den”, it was award’s time: We are thrilled to offer huge CONGRATULATIONS to Victoria, Toronto West, and Asheville who were all awarded Top Sales Growth, to Asheville and Oakville who are celebrating 10 years in business, and to London who was awarded Innovator of the Year! We were very excited to win in our own city this year!! Par-T-Perfect GVA was awarded the Top Sales Award 2014 (our 5th consecutive year), and for Best Teamwork 2014! We know how hard we all work to create memorable events for our fabulous clients, but who doesn’t love to be recognized?!
Overall, we had an enjoyable day filled with great people and their great ideas! Last year’s theme was “Make It Happen”, and WE DID! 2014 was such a great year for us and our sister locations, so this year’s theme was Superheroes to celebrate everyone going above and beyond! Throughout the day we discussed some of the amazing new additions that we have planned for 2015. Stay tuned for more details on those and keep an eye on our Facebook to get the big news first!
To wrap up our “super” day, the Par-T Teams hit the streets of Vancouver for a scavenger hunt. Each of the 3 teams was captained by a hero of their own design: Princess Celestia of the Pink team, Dynamite Doug of the Blue team, and Marvelous Monty of the Red team. The teams adventured through Yaletown and Downtown capturing photos and items for the hunt. In the end the Pink team came out on top, winning awards for both the best dressed super hero and the most items collected from the scavenger hunt list. Did you see us on the streets? It was such a great way to show off our city and truly introduce our guests to the Lower Rainland.
